How to Seamlessly Sync Your Price List with QuickBooks Online Using AccuPrice Sync

Managing and updating your materials price list in QuickBooks Online just got easier with AccuPrice Sync! This feature allows you to integrate your AccuPrice materials list directly into QuickBooks Online, keeping your pricing accurate and up to date. Here’s how to get started in just a few simple steps:

Step 1:

Log in to your AccuPrice account and click the "Sign in to Sync" button. If QuickBooks is already open on your desktop, the connection may happen automatically.

Step 2:

Once connected, the "Sign in to Sync" button will change to simply say "Sync." Click it to start syncing your price list to QuickBooks.

Step 3:

The sync process typically takes 10–15 minutes. Afterward, you’ll receive an email summarizing any items that didn’t sync successfully. For these items, you can batch import them into QuickBooks using the file provided in the email.

Step 4:

You’re all set! Whenever you need to update your markups or item details, adjust them in the AccuPrice Configurations section and run the sync again. For simple updates, the sync will refresh your existing items without requiring you to batch import anything.
