This Privacy Policy explains how AccuPrice LLC ("AccuPrice," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use accupricelists.com, app.accupricelists.com, our integrations, and related services (the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service (https://accupricelists.com/terms).
Information you give us
Information from integrations
When you connect QuickBooks Online or Jobber, we receive the information needed to sync your catalogs, such as account identifiers, access tokens, and the item and product lists in your connected account. We access only what the Integration needs to work.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as card type, last four digits, expiration date, billing status, and transaction history.

Information from other sources
We collect business contact information, such as company name, business email, phone number, and trade, from web searches, Google business listings, company websites, and other public sources, and from people who sign up for our email list. We use it to contact electrical contractors about AccuPrice.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you or your company, and use it for any lawful purpose, including improving our pricing and publishing industry benchmarks such as average markups or labor rates. We will never publish markups, labor rates, or other Your Data in a way that identifies you or your company.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
Integration data. We do not sell QuickBooks Online or Jobber data or use it for advertising.
Text messaging. We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Account, billing, and service notices are not marketing and will still be sent while you have an Account.

To make a request, email contact@accupricelists.com from your Account email address. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 30 more days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
We may keep information when needed to complete a transaction, maintain billing and tax records, keep consent records, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce our Terms, or comply with law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure hosting, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of unauthorized access to your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
California residents may request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not make those disclosures. You may also exercise the rights in Section 5 by emailing contact@accupricelists.com.
We handle personal information of Canadian customers in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws. You may access and correct your personal information and withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal and contractual limits. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the Services. Questions or complaints can be sent to our Privacy Officer at contact@accupricelists.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.
We are based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. Some members of our team and our contractors work outside the United States and Canada and may access information to provide the Services, under confidentiality obligations. If you are in Canada, your information will be transferred to the United States and other countries and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities there under their laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
