How the sync works, step by step
Connect your QuickBooks Online account from the Integrations tab in your AccuPrice settings, or connect on the spot the first time you sync from the catalog page.
Set your markup, sales tax, and labor rates once in AccuPrice. Every synced price carries them.
Choose what to send — one category, a set of assemblies, your flat rate tasks, or the whole catalog.
Hit sync. AccuPrice reads the Products and Services already in your QuickBooks Online account, creates any that are missing, and updates the price on any it has sent before. Nothing in QuickBooks Online is deleted.
When material prices update each month, sync again. Assemblies have already repriced themselves in AccuPrice; the sync carries the new numbers through.
