AccuPrice acts as your central pricing engine where teams configure material markups, labor rates, and bundled service packages.

Once your pricing is finalized, selected products and services are synced to QuickBooks. This ensures your invoicing system always reflects the latest pricing without any manual updates.

How to Connect

  1. Connect your QuickBooks account from the Integrations tab in your AccuPrice settings - or simply connect when syncing from the catalog page.
  2. Choose the product categories, service items, or bundles you want to sync.
  3. Hit sync - and you are all set. Your updated prices will appear in QuickBooks instantly.
