Export 1,400+ individual material items, 1,400+ prebuilt assemblies, and your flat rate tasks from AccuPrice as a CSV, then bring them into Workiz. AccuPrice works with Workiz via CSV export and import — not a direct sync. Small electrical teams get the part that's hard to do alone: material prices update in AccuPrice every month, so the numbers in Workiz stay honest without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet on the side. Every plan is one price for the whole company, unlimited users.
How to get your AccuPrice price book into Workiz
In AccuPrice, export your items as a CSV.
First, check one thing: if your Workiz account is connected to QuickBooks Online, import items through that connection instead — sync AccuPrice into QuickBooks Online, and Workiz pulls the items from QuickBooks. Importing the same items separately creates duplicates.
Not on the QuickBooks integration? In Workiz, go to Settings and open Item import, then upload your AccuPrice items CSV. Workiz accepts flat CSV or XLS/XLSX files, one item per row.
Item groups and flat rate items import through Workiz's technical support team: submit your AccuPrice flat rate file to Workiz support as an import request. Workiz typically handles these during onboarding, but requests can be submitted any time.
Each month, export fresh prices from AccuPrice and repeat the same path you used.
