How to get your AccuPrice pricebook into ServiceTitan

In AccuPrice, export your price book as a CSV.
In ServiceTitan, click Pricebook in the navigation bar, then click Import/Export in the side menu.
On the Export tab, set Export Type to "Pricebook (Settings, Materials and Part Link)" and click Export. This downloads ServiceTitan's pricebook template as an XLSX file — export it even if your pricebook is empty, so the sheets and columns are configured correctly.
Open the template and copy your AccuPrice data into it: materials onto the Materials tab, services onto the Services tab, matching the template's columns. Save the file.
Back on the Import/Export screen, open the Import tab and confirm the Data File Type is "Pricebook (Settings, Materials and Part Link)".
Leave "Deactivate existing pricebook" UNCHECKED unless you intend to replace your entire pricebook — that option deletes your current pricebook and cannot be undone.
Click Upload, select your saved XLSX file, then click Import. A notification banner confirms when the import is complete.
Each month, export fresh prices from AccuPrice and repeat — only the items in your file are updated; everything else is untouched.
