How to get your AccuPrice price book into ServiceM8

In AccuPrice, export your materials as a CSV.
First, check one thing: if your ServiceM8 account is connected to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or MYOB, materials import automatically from your accounting package — sync AccuPrice into QuickBooks Online and ServiceM8 picks the items up from there. Don't import the same items twice.
Otherwise, use ServiceM8's materials bulk import: upload your AccuPrice CSV, check that each column mapped to the right ServiceM8 Material field, and let ServiceM8 validate the file before it imports.
For monthly updates, turn on ServiceM8's Automated Supplier Import Add-on. It imports your CSV, lets you set a price markup, and generates a unique email address — from then on, any CSV emailed to that address imports automatically with your chosen settings. Email each month's fresh AccuPrice export to it and your ServiceM8 prices stay current without logging in.
