How to get your AccuPrice price book into Service Fusion

In AccuPrice, export your products and services as CSV files.
First, check one thing: Service Fusion auto-syncs Products and Services with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. If you run that integration, sync AccuPrice into QuickBooks instead and let Service Fusion pull the items from there — importing the same items separately creates duplicates.
Otherwise, in Service Fusion go to My Office, then Data Imports.
Under the Products section, click Import +, select your AccuPrice CSV (or XLS/XLSX), and click Upload.
Map your columns in the Data Import wizard. If you're updating existing records, select the unique identifier the wizard should match on.
Repeat for Services. You can also email your files to support@servicefusion.com and Service Fusion's team will import them for you.
Each month, export fresh prices from AccuPrice and re-import the same way.
