An electrical price book for your Housecall Pro price book
AccuPrice gives residential service electricians a real price book to run inside Housecall Pro. Export 1,400+ individual material items, 1,400+ prebuilt assemblies, and your flat rate tasks from AccuPrice as a CSV, then upload them into your Housecall Pro price book. AccuPrice works with Housecall Pro via CSV export and import — not a direct sync. The difference it makes is upkeep: material prices update in AccuPrice every month, so your price book tracks what the supply house actually charges instead of what it charged last year. One price per company, unlimited users.
How to get your AccuPrice price book into Housecall Pro
In AccuPrice, export your price book as CSV files — materials and services import separately in Housecall Pro.
In Housecall Pro, click Price Book in the top navigation.
In the left sidebar, click "Import and export materials", then click Upload File and select your AccuPrice materials file.
Confirm the first row contains column headers when asked. Housecall Pro's import wizard then maps your columns to its fields — review the mapping, correct anything it flags, and finish the import.
Repeat through "Import and export services" for your service and flat rate items.
You'll get an email when the upload finishes. Each month, export fresh prices from AccuPrice and re-import the same way.
Prefer not to do it yourself? Housecall Pro's data team accepts CSV files at datahelp@housecallpro.com and will import them for you.
